ASME SA514 Grade P alloy steel plate is quenched adn tempered alloy steel intended for welded bridges and other structures. SA514 Grade P alloy has high yield point 100ksi [690MPa] with thickness up to 65mm.
ASME SA514 alloy steel standard specifies eight grades (Grade A, B, E, F, H, P, Q, S) quenched and tempered alloy steel plates. As a professional exporter of alloy steel plates, we can supply SA514 Grade P alloy steel plates and SA514 Grade P sheets with high quality and competitive price. These plates are produced with thickness up to 150mm.

ASME SA514 Grade P steel formability
ASME SA514 Grade P alloy steel plate exhibits good cold forming characteristics. Shear burrs and heat-affected zones of thermal cut edges on or near the bend axis as well as sharp corners on edges and on gas cut or punched holes located on or adjacent to the bend axis should be removed by grinding prior cold forming.
ASME SA514 Grade P steel application
ASME SA514 Grade P alloy steel plates can used in places requiring high tensile strength and high yield like lifting gears for engineering vehicles, large excavators, racks for offshore platforms.
