The sulfur element (S element) comes from the ore and fuel coke of steelmaking. It is a harmful element in S35C/1035 hot rolled plate etc. steel. Sulfur exists in steel in the form of iron sulfide (FeS). FeS and Fe form a low melting point (985℃) compound. The hot working temperature of steel is generally above 1150 - 1200℃, so when the steel is hot working, the premature melting of FeS compound causes the workpiece to crack, which is called "hot brittleness". It reduces ductility and toughness of steel and causes cracks during forging and rolling. Sulfur is also detrimental to welding performance and reduces corrosion resistance.
We BBN steel company have in-house machining capabilities with excellent machining experience. CNC machining-technology, We provide S35C/1035 hot rolled plate plate products both conventional and CNC machining services to offer the following machined processes :lathe turning, milling, up to 5 axis cnc, grinding, surface, od and id, threading, single point and grinding, drilling, reaming, and tapping, boring.
Hot continuous rolling can be divided into ordinary carbon structural steel, low alloy steel and alloy steel according to materials and properties. According to the different uses, it can be divided into: cold forming steel, structural steel, automobile structural steel, corrosion-resistant structural steel, mechanical structural steel, S35C/1035 hot rolled plate, welding gas cylinder and pressure vessel steel, pipeline steel, etc. We adhere to the tenet of "customer first, quality assurance and good reputation", and always provides high-quality products for our customers.
