Chemical composition of Q420 steel: C ≤ 0.20, Si ≤ 0.50, Mn ≤ 1.70, P ≤ 0.035, S ≤ 0.035, Nb ≤ 0.07, V ≤ 0.20, Ti ≤ 0.20, Cr ≤ 0.30, Ni ≤ 0.80, Cu ≤ 0.30, N ≤ 0.015, Mo ≤ 0.20. The mechanical properties of Q420 steel are: yield strength ≥ 340 MPa, tensile strength 500-680 MPa, elongation after fracture ≥ 18%, impact energy 34J.asme SA709 Grade 50W equivalent, Q420 steel has good mechanical properties and weldability, good cold and hot workability. Q420 steel is mainly used for manufacturing mining machinery, heavy vehicles, ships, bridges, medium and high pressure boilers, vessels and other large welding and structural parts.
The company celebrates Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Opening. In October 23th, 2018, Chinese President Xi Jinping announced the opening of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge (HZMB) in Zhuhai, South China’s Guangdong Province. The HZMB is a 55-kilometre (34 mi) bridge–tunnel system consisting of a series of asme SA709 Grade 50W equivalent three cable-stayed bridges, an undersea tunnel, and four artificial islands. Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge is the world’s longest sea-crossing bridge connecting Hong Kong, Macao, and Zhuhai—three major cities on the Pearl River Delta.
The carbon content of asme SA709 Grade 50W equivalent, hot rolled steel plate is slightly higher than that of cold rolled steel plate. Hot rolled steel plate has low hardness, easy processing and good ductility. Cold rolled steel plate has high hardness and is difficult to process, but it is not easy to deform and has high strength. The strength of hot-rolled steel plate is relatively low, the surface quality (oxidation finish) is low, but the plasticity is good, and it is generally medium thick plate.
In the face of domestic and foreign steel situation, based on the advantages of production and inventory, we have established our own processing center, and our manufacturing includes different types. Steel asme SA709 Grade 50W equivalent surface treatment - such as steel pretreatment (shot peening and shop primer), steel galvanizing; steel structure processing - such as cutting, drilling, milling, turning, bending, welding, etc.
